Returns Policy

  • The return must be within the 180 day period of the purchase.
  • Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If purchased by mistake or you misdiagnosed your issue. 
  • All of our parts are guaranteed to work as we are repair technicians and test all of our products before shipping and removal of a damaged TV screen.
  • Refund will be processed when we receive back our board.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We use USPS Priority Mail as our shipping service. There may be delayed on shipping due to conditions and time of orders. Tracking number will be provided once item has been shipped.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell all use a fixed shipping rate.
